Industrial Door Field Consulting And Training ServicesPer hour fee—Maximum of 8 hours per day $150.00 Minimum Charge—4 hours $600.00Complete day fee-Maximum of 8 hours per day $1,200.00 Each additional hour over 8 hours per day $300.00 Saturday: Minimum Charge – 4 hours - $1,200.00 Complete day fee – Maximum 8 hours per day $2,400.00 Each Additional hour over 8 hours $450.00 Sundays & Holidays 8 hr min. – Maximum 8 hours per day $3,600.00
International Services And Special Site Note:Many times extreme environments and International Service require special medical exams and forms to be filled out. Since these are work related our insurance company does not pay for them. When taking these exams, we charge our standard rates plus test costs & 15%.
Door Control Systems Product Analysis and Evaluation ServicesUnderwriters Laboratories (UL) UL 325 & UL 508A Canadian Standards Association (CSA) Analysis services in our facility – per hour $150.00 Field analysis services - Minimum Charge – 4 hours $1,100.00 Complete day fee – Maximum 8 hours $1,600.00 Follow Up Analysis in our facility per hour $150.00
Miner Training – Part 46 & 48 Our miner training is designed for Door Installers and Door Service Personnel Below prices are for On Site Services. Two days travel & expenses must be added. New Miner Training 3 day class $4,000.00 Refresher - 1 day class $1,500.00 Add per student for training materials $250.00
Legal Consulting / Expert Witness Services for Industrial Doors & ControlsIn office & telephone- Initial Case review and analysis – per hour $150.00In Office Document research and analysis – per hour $150.00 Accident site analysis – per day only & Travel expenses (see below) $1,600.00 Report write up from site visit – per hour $150.00 Court Appearance – per day only & Travel expenses (see below) $2,400.00
Industrial Controls Engineering ServicesNew System New System Design Schematics Only $3,600.00 New System Material Lists Only $1,200.00 New Program for Door Only – Preliminary $1,200.00 For Start Up Charges see Field Consulting Services and Travel Charges.Existing Systems Update old drawings to current year products $180.00 Update ol material lists to current year products $180.00 Update PLC Programs to current year products $180.00 Diagnostic Program Updates Add flashing light diagnostics to existing programs $3,000.00 Add Digital Display diagnostics to existing programs $3,600.00 Field Installation of Programs See Field Consulting Services and Travel Charges for rates. We generally require 2 hours for each door to install and verify the program. Time includes recording documentation for initial start up.
Travel and Reimbursed Expense Schedule (To and From Site)Travel Charges – Per day or partial day – Monday thru Friday $1,200.00 Saturday $1,800.00 Sunday $2,000.00 Travel is scheduled via regular airlines- Mon/Fri Business Class—Cost & 15% processing. Sat / Sunday First Class – Cost & 15% processing Meals—per day--$35.00 Rental Car—Full size—Cost &20% processing Lodging—Holiday inn, Courtyard, Hampton, Etc.—Cost & 20% .
All billings are completed on a weekly basisTerms: Net Cash 10 Days
